An increasing general awareness of surveillance methods means that we also need access to cutting edge techniques and technology to continue to deliver the highest quality surveillance of even the most sophisticated targets.

Our innovative Surveillance Lab is a unique resource that brings together existing surveillance knowledge and expertise, which we then continuously review, revise and update.

Our approach is evidence-based. For example, our operatives in the field feed back their experiences – where an assignment has been compromised, perhaps, or a team member has experienced a problem with a surveillance technique or technology – so that we can identify solutions and improvements to continuously move our surveillance expertise forward.

Running alongside the Surveillance Lab is our Faculty of Surveillance. This unique new concept we are developing allows us to bring together key people we come across through our work to help us develop our services further, by contributing their expertise and knowledge.

Members of our faculty may include clients or members of other organisations we work with, whose experience and requirements from surveillance we can draw on to further enhance what we do.

We also use our training programmes to identify the very best students, whom we may ask to join the faculty or to work with us as an instructor or team leader or team manager.
